Tideway Scullers School are pleased to announce that Chris Williams, the current Junior Men’s coach, will be stepping up to a new role as Performance Director. This follows a review of structure and goals at TSS over the last year at both Executive and President's committee level.

The Performance Director is a strategic role providing leadership of all club coaching activities. This will include working with all the coaches to develop and review annual plans and identifying opportunities to promote the profile of TSS and its athletes.

We are very excited to see Chris step into this role as part of TSS moving forward and redefining its ambitions.
