Incident Reporting

If you have a collision with another crew or any other serious incident you must fill in an incident report on the British Rowing wesbite. You can also report a near miss, capsize or inappropriate behaviour by another river user. TSS would appreciate you emailing your draft text to the CWSA on safety@tidewayscullers.com first, to check the text is clear. 

Then upload the text to: https://incidentreporting.britishrowing.org

If you capsize, it’s also helpful for the club if you complete the simple capsize drill form as it shows we can have safe capsizes without needing lifejackets or other measures. 

All forms can be accessed through your British Rowing membership. If anyone who is not a BR member needs to submit a report please email the CWSA.
